Its unique continuous production flow microwave reactor is supplied as a self-contained unit mounted on a skid, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°C and pressures of 30 bar. The C-Wave PRD has been used for many years primarily in laboratories of the pharmaceutical and fine/specialty chemical industries. Based on this experience, it offers a wide range of applications for novel synthesis, achieving faster reactions with higher yields and fewer by-products. The rapid microwave heating process and precise heating control reduce side reactions and significantly improve yields in a fraction of the time compared to conventional methods.
