This ensures a stable production quantity through continuous operation and also improves the takt time. ◇ After separation, the film and SUS plates are cleaned and re-supplied to the collating section. ◇ The collating configuration can be set arbitrarily according to the front and back of the product, orientation, position, presence of film, thickness of SUS plates, and changes in the order of product supply. ◇ Collation and supply to the press machine are completed in 10 stages/40 minutes. One stage consists of 10 layers (one layer consists of SUS plate, film, product, film, and SUS plate). 200 products/40 minutes.
