This is a device that automatically collates card materials, SUS plates, and films in the specified orientation and with the specified number of layers and steps, separates the SUS plates from the card materials after pressing, and then re-supplies them to the collating section after cleaning the SUS plates. To address the customer's difficulties with static electricity generated during the separation of SUS plates and products after the collating process, the operation has been fully automated.
