- Features A system that allows monitoring of collected data using a transmitter equipped with a vibration sensor capable of wireless communication at 920 MHz. (Depending on the type of sensor installed, it can also measure temperature, current, humidity, and water level.) By setting arbitrary alarm values, abnormalities can be confirmed on the screen, and monitoring is possible on tablet devices other than the monitoring PC through cloud connectivity. The transmitter is powered by either a 100V power supply or batteries, and the sensors can be easily installed using strong magnets, eliminating the need for extensive construction. The vibration sensor is a 3-axis accelerometer designed to withstand fine vibrations below 1G and vibrations up to 16G. There are proven installations in large motors at plants and precision machinery factories. - Benefits of Implementation It has a waterproof and dustproof design, making it durable enough for outdoor plant equipment. The transmitter can be easily installed with magnets, and by setting up the monitoring PC for LTE communication, it is possible to view the monitoring screen from a remote location. The data measurement cycle can be set according to the application and is reflected in real-time on the monitoring PC's graph. (Data can also be output in CSV format.)
