This is a nitrogen gas generation device that uses special activated carbon (molecular sieve carbon) developed and manufactured within the Futamura Chemical Group. It supplies high-purity nitrogen gas at 99 to 99.999 vol% using air as the raw material through the PSA method. The Futamura Chemical Group provides everything from adsorbents to the device itself in a consistent manner. Features: 1) Wide range of lineup There are many options available, from small series for laboratory use to large series for factories and other applications. 2) Energy-saving It has an energy-saving operation feature that gradually reduces the raw air intake as the required nitrogen gas amount decreases. 3) Low cost You can use nitrogen gas at a cost that is approximately 300 yen/m3 cheaper than using nitrogen gas cylinders. 4) Easy operation It features a large 8-inch touch panel, allowing for easy nitrogen gas generation with the push of a single switch. 5) High durability The maintenance cycle is set at 20,000 hours, keeping running costs low. 6) Custom specifications available We can propose solutions tailored to customer requests regarding nitrogen gas purity and device size.
