Measuring the thickness of a non-magnetic film on a steel substrate.
■Compact Body The meter is laid out vertically in a lightweight, compact body. It fits perfectly in one hand, making it ideal for measurements on-site. ■Easy Operation Features a familiar dial-type zero and standard adjustment method. The layout allows for probe operation with the right hand while adjusting the dial with the left hand, making adjustments much easier. ■Wide Range The measurement range remains wide as before. It can measure thin film thickness (in the μm range) such as plating, as well as thick lining film thickness (in the mm range) up to 5mm. ■Data Compatibility The probe adopts the same specifications as previous models, ensuring that the vast amount of data accumulated so far is not wasted. ■CVD Magnetic Pole The magnetic pole uses CVD-treated magnetic poles with excellent wear resistance. It maintains initial characteristics and high reproducibility even under hard usage over a long period.

Applications/Examples of results
This is an electromagnetic thickness gauge for non-destructive measurement of the thickness of insulating coatings and non-metallic coatings such as paint and linings on steel substrates, as well as plating. ■ Paint: Heavy anti-corrosion coatings for parts, equipment, steel furniture, home appliances, automobiles, machinery, bridges, ships, and steel structures. ■ Lining: Resin, tar epoxy, rubber, enamel. ■ Plating: Non-magnetic plating such as chrome, zinc, copper, and tin (excluding electrolytic nickel plating).
Company information
We, Soki, have been challenging new ways to "measure" with our "technological capabilities" and "on-site capabilities" since our establishment as "Soki Shokai" in April 1986, based on our desire to "create a new century with measurement technology." As a specialized store in the surveying and measurement field of the Kanamoto Alliance Group, we will continue to focus on "rental of surveying and measuring equipment," "development of automatic measurement systems," and "development of original products." We are committed to working together as a united team to meet the expectations of all our stakeholders. We sincerely appreciate the continued support and patronage of our customers and partners.
