【Other Features】 ■ The metal expansion anchor system (Anzex) is a total post-installation anchor system designed to ensure reliable anchor installation, in conjunction with installation tools. ■ The expansion can be easily and reliably completed using dedicated tools (expansion cutter and expansion verification gauge). ■ Anzex expansion anchor bolts mechanically interlock at the expansion section, preventing pull-out and slipping. ■ The effective embedment length is designed to exceed the concrete cone failure load over the minimum tensile load of the bolt material, allowing for bolt fracture design. ■ The large contact area of the expansion section ensures sufficient anchor performance even in low-strength concrete. ■ In the unlikely event that cracks occur in the concrete around the anchor installation area, the reduction in anchor capacity is kept small, comparable to that of pre-installed anchors. ■ In addition to grade 4.6 and 8.8 bolt materials, SUS316 is also available. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
