Spectratek UVLED's "UVTEK 4000" is a stand-type UV LED irradiation device developed for automotive repair painting and industrial painting. It features a twin-head (4 cassette) type with double the number of LEDs compared to the UVTEK 2000 and 3000, allowing for simultaneous irradiation over an area of 60cm x 130cm. Additionally, the sturdy gas-pressure arm makes it easy to irradiate horizontal surfaces such as hoods and roofs. The Spectratek UVLED "UVTEK2000" is a stand-type UVLED irradiation device developed for spray painting applications such as automotive repair. It was developed by AMH Canada Ltd and is used in many countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. 1) Emits only safe UV-A waves The UVTEK2000 has a peak wavelength of 395nm, which is close to visible light. Therefore, it does not emit relatively hazardous UV-B or UV-C waves, making it safer to use compared to traditional mercury lamps or metal halide lamp-type irradiation devices. 2) Provides uniform and stable irradiation within the irradiation area Thanks to its unique high-performance LED unit, it enables uniform irradiation across an area of 60cm x 135cm. 3) Continuous use is possible without cooling time. 4) Ensures curing with an irradiation timer and distance sensor. 5) Compared to mercury lamps and metal halide lamp-type (HID-type) irradiation devices, it significantly reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs.
