Case study on reducing packaging and logistics costs: Transport and packaging carts for automobile door frames.
Many achievements in the Tohoku region! Achieving transportation efficiency by storing 12 door frames within the limited dimensions of a cart for commuting!
We would like to introduce a design and proposal case for a transport and packaging cart for automobile door frames. We received a request from a customer to store automobile door frames near the assembly process of the automobile production line, and we proposed an efficient loading solution for the specified cart. As a result of our proposal, we achieved transportation efficiency and successfully stored 12 door frames within the limited dimensions of the cart. Despite the lack of space within the cart, we proposed a solution using fixing materials to ensure efficiency and prevent the workpieces from moving during transport. [Key Points in Transport Packaging] ■ Efficient loading ■ A structure that does not cause quality defects such as scratches or dirt *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Whether it is [one-way] or [commuting], whether cushioning is necessary, and the effects related to static electricity... the optimal materials vary depending on the contents. We will propose improvements to the packaging format for the 2024 issue. Tohoku Ueno Co., Ltd. will utilize the many packaging examples we have cultivated so far, along with various new materials developed in recent years to address environmental issues, to offer the best combination. We will consider all aspects, including cost, material selection, processing methods, and environmental factors, to meet our customers' needs. We will conduct drop tests using the drop test machine from Ransomont, analyze the shock waveforms with test partners, and propose the optimal cushioning packaging design.
