"NIPS" is an image processing system utilizing a high-performance laser film digitizer that we have developed. After digitizing transmission photographs of piping, equipment, and devices, it allows for a more precise quantitative evaluation of conditions such as corrosion, the presence of foreign objects, and defect status through its rich image processing and measurement functions. 【Features】 ■ Low-density transmission photographs can be converted into images with suitable contrast, leveraging high resolution. ■ Measurements are based on digital values, eliminating individual differences among operators. ■ Processing using low-density transmission photographs is possible (increased efficiency due to reduced exposure time and lower radiation). ■ Inspection records can be saved on hard disks or optical disks (space-saving storage). ■ Output is possible using a high-performance printer (allowing for observation in well-lit conditions). *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
