By utilizing forging processes to enhance material strength and work hardening, it surpasses the JISB1054 A2 standard values. 【Verification Experiment】 Stainless Steel Bolt Tensile Test (Size: M8 P1.25) ○ Tensile Strength: 1018.3 MPa ○ 0.2% Yield Strength: 854.6 MPa By introducing our self-developed Bauschinger effect suppression processing method into the manufacturing process, we have made it possible to secure strength without heat treatment. ○ It allows for strong processing without enhanced heat treatment, reducing environmental impact. ○ By eliminating the heat treatment process, lead time can be shortened. (※) The Bauschinger effect refers to the phenomenon where, after applying plastic deformation in one direction, applying a load in the opposite direction results in plastic deformation occurring at a lower stress than when a load is applied again in the same direction.
