Rock wool spray system OKD series
The rock wool spraying system has undergone a complete renewal for safety and peace of mind.
1. Equipped with separate drive motors for the upper and lower tanks - Even if one side stops due to an unexpected issue, work can continue. 2. The lower tank can change rotation speed with inverter control - The rotation speed of the agitator in the lower tank can be increased, allowing it to be used as a mixer. - At the start of construction, it can produce twice the amount of cement milk. 3. Reduced material splashing at low rotation speeds - Achieved a reduction in speed from 420rpm in our conventional model OKM-2 to 80rpm - This minimizes splashing and keeps the worksite cleaner. 4. Safety circuit can be installed (optional) - The mixing blades do not rotate if the safety cover is removed - A "safety switch circuit" can be installed.
