basic information
■High Design Achieves high design including peripheral components such as end caps. With end caps made from the same material as the main body and excellent sanding technology, it is possible to finish with a look similar to solid wood. ■Support for Large Cross-Sections Realizes support for large cross-sections, which is generally difficult. By combining a specially designed cross-section with Kurabo's unique integrated molding technology and sanding techniques, it is possible to finish as if it were a single large cross-section without joints. ■Excellent Workability and Support for Bending Allows for processing and construction similar to aluminum profiles, and also accommodates bending processes that have many constraints. Bending can be performed while maintaining a wood-like texture. It is possible to adapt to curved designs and express a soft atmosphere, enabling various designs and applications. ■High Durability and Weather Resistance Achieves high durability through weather-resistant resins and adhesive technology for aluminum. There are no concerns about warping, bending, cracking, or corrosion, allowing for maintenance-free use over long periods. ■Realizes Lightweight and Excellent Workability Achieves lightweight by using aluminum core material as the base material. It offers excellent handling on-site and reduces construction load.
