Achieving innovation through IWS (I-DEN Wiring Solution) with wiring measurement functionality.

In the past, manufacturing sites used boards with nail wiring for wiring measurement and processed electrical wires. Additionally, wiring information was created on-site from drawings, and work by experienced personnel was essential. Moreover, when mistakes in the drawings were found on-site, rework occurred after the drawings were corrected, significantly impacting delivery times. However, after the introduction of this product, verification of drawings, measurement, and consideration of wiring routes can now be done in advance on a PC, eliminating mistakes on-site. Furthermore, what surprised us after the implementation was that even a worker who joined this year could perform wiring for control panels without being able to decipher circuit diagrams. The combination of this product and the Wiring Monitor (a monitor equipped with touch functionality) has proven that anyone can work in a short time while ensuring a certain level of quality.
