The calling bell, familiar from food courts, is a simple device that is easy to understand and use for everyone, without requiring older adults to engage in tasks like "registering as a member via smartphone" or "scanning QR codes," which they may not be familiar with. The venue staff can also proceed smoothly without needing to explain operations or answer questions. This helps prevent difficulties in communication and understanding the situation due to crowding.
