We would like to introduce a case study of air conditioning and refrigerant piping airtightness testing using the high-pressure nitrogen-enriched gas generator "HND-4640B." By utilizing the supply pressure (4.5MPa) of the high-pressure nitrogen-enriched gas generator and setting the discharge pressure to the test pressure with a high-pressure regulator, the work of the pump differs. By gradually increasing the pressure, we avoid applying sudden loads to the brazed joints of the piping. The device automatically increases the pressure and notifies us of the pressure increase, allowing other tasks to be performed during the pressurization process, thereby improving construction efficiency.
