This is the injection testing center (within the Geotechnical Research Institute).
This is the injection testing center.
Aiming for high-quality reliability, we have established a dedicated injection testing center to support the main construction work.
The ground improvement, liquefaction countermeasures, and seismic reinforcement using the permanent grout injection method as part of the main construction work require a lasting improvement effect. Therefore, preliminary mixing tests are crucial. In 2007, we established the main injection testing center, which has testing research capabilities, data accumulation functions, and consulting functions. At this center, we conduct preliminary mixing tests using soil samples taken from the site, and by adding insights gained from years of joint research between industry and academia to the data obtained, we provide a higher reliability quality to construction companies, clients, and other stakeholders. Currently, ground improvement work using the permanent grout injection method is on the rise, with over 1,200 construction achievements and injection volumes exceeding 600 million liters. The Ground Injection Development Organization, established in 2003, is one of the largest corporate organizations in the field of ground improvement using chemical injection methods, continuously conducting research and development. As a result, we are working to promote integrated technology that combines practical injection materials and methods as the permanent grout main injection method. By cooperating and collaborating with the Ground Injection Development Organization at the main injection testing center, we aim to promote the permanent grout injection method and improve technology, accurately responding to everyone's needs.
