Rotary embossing on roll-fed substrates, no need for metal engraving rolls, starting from 30,000 yen!
Traditionally, when applying embossing to roll materials continuously, it was common to engrave a metal roll and use that metal engraved roll for processing. In our company, instead of using the metal engraved roll, we apply a specially configured template to a metal roll to perform the embossing. While there are design constraints, unlike the traditional processing that applies pressure across the entire surface of the item, we can apply pressure only to the necessary areas, allowing us to process highly resilient items that require restoration. When processing paper, it results in a "watermark" effect. In addition to embossing, we can also perform embossing transfer processing using heat transfer foil.
