Argo-WP is a well plate reader solution for Argolight's Argoslide (a performance evaluation calibration slide for fluorescence microscopy). It is a slide made of a special glass called ARGOGLASS, which induces fine 2D and 3D fluorescent patterns with broad and highly stable fluorescent characteristics. This allows for the simultaneous measurement of multiple parameters, such as uniformity of illumination, intensity responsiveness, and Z-axis stage drift, which are impossible with conventional fluorescent beads or plates. Additionally, by using the accompanying software, it is possible to record daily performance changes and trace back causes from the past. It is compatible with fluorescence high-content screening (HCS) and high-throughput screening (HTS) imaging systems for 96-well cell culture plates.
