Grading machine "WeScan"

Introducing a scanner that boasts a measurement accuracy of 99% for repeated measurements!

"V-SCAN" is a class-leading optical laser interferometer scanner designed to measure the MOE (Modulus of Elasticity) of wood. It reliably determines the strength of wood even when the production pace of transversely transported materials is high. It meets all relevant strength grading certifications worldwide. Thanks to a high-performance laser vibrometer that operates independently of environmental interference such as noise, it measures the resonance frequency of boards, achieving over 99% measurement repeatability. 【Features】 ■ Capable of determining the MOE of wood and proven to measure in accordance with global standards ■ Boasts a 99% repeatability in measurement accuracy due to a high-performance laser vibrometer ■ Recognized worldwide as a non-destructive strength grading solution ■ Accuracy can be further enhanced when combined with density ■ Information regarding board density further improves the determination of predicted strength *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
