Operating on high-speed production lines! Introducing a scanner that delivers consistently reliable results.
The "Curve Scan" is a scanner that scans the shape of materials in 3D, reliably recognizing twists, bends, cracks, and cup distortions in wood, both in the linear and cross-sectional directions. Using multiple lasers and cameras, it measures the cup, bend, warp, and twist of laminates and other materials passing through cross-cut lines or molder lines at high speed. It outputs the signal of the scan results. 【Features】 - Operates on high-speed production lines - Produces consistently reliable results - Accurately recognizes distortions in wood in linear or cross-sectional directions - Advanced laser triangulation process - Measures the shape of wood even while in motion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
