A carbonization device using superheated steam and pyrolysis that does not burn the raw materials or use oxygen.
A groundbreaking superheated steam carbonization and pyrolysis device like never before! With this single unit, you can perform oil processing, carbonization, and drying treatments.
Are you troubled by waste disposal? All organic waste can be effectively utilized through oilification and carbonization treatment! *Daily waste processing capacity: from 1 ton to over 2,000 tons! *The resulting products can be reused as high-quality fuel for equipment and as valuable materials! *Even if different types of waste are mixed, they can be processed without sorting and in bulk! *Using a new oilification, carbonization, and drying treatment technology that controls the temperature of steam heating, which has been widely used for heating food, various patented technologies are employed in the thermal decomposition device (carbonization) itself! *For more details, please contact us at: TEL: 06-7502-1104 mail: messe@kankyo21.com https://www.messe-hp.jp/kanetu/476.html

basic information
Revolutionary "Overheated Steam Carbonization and Pyrolysis Device!" has been newly developed! It does not burn waste itself and does not use oxygen! Dioxins and carbon dioxide are hardly generated! - General household waste, kitchen waste, okara (soy pulp), medical waste, plastics/FRP, vinyl waste, used tires, bamboo, pruning wood/construction waste wood, rice husks, discarded vegetables, fish scraps, livestock manure, livestock carcasses, and others - Various substrates, electric wires, fishing nets, diapers/clothing/synthetic fibers, organic sludge, and others (Note: Carbonization of glass, metals, stones, and sand is not possible) - Organic waste can be input all at once without sorting, and all can be carbonized regardless of moisture content. *For more details, please contact us at: TEL: 06-7502-1104 mail: messe@kankyo21.com https://www.messe-hp.jp/kanetu/476.html
