The power source is four AA batteries, and it is an electronic lock that does not require continuous power supply. After the initial setup, it only uses Bluetooth for short-range communication, so it can be installed without Wi-Fi as a facility. It can be used with peace of mind even during emergencies such as power outages. The dedicated app offers two modes: one for administrators and one for residents, supporting on-site management. ■ Administrator Mode ■ For restoration work, cleaning, and access during tenant placement, the administrator can issue time-limited keys through the PC app, allowing for automatic history management. This eliminates the need for physical key handovers or keeping records of loans. ■ Resident Mode ■ Residents can register their own smartphones and IC cards (such as transportation IC cards) with the lock themselves. They can also share time-limited duplicate keys with third-party smartphones.
