High release properties prevent adhesion. Excellent corrosion resistance, with long-lasting effects!
A super-dense amorphous film with enhanced release properties and corrosion resistance achieved through in-house developed equipment. The 'AS-F Coat' significantly contributes to solving molding troubles in rubber molding, powder molding molds, and resin molded parts with its excellent release and corrosion resistance. It uses a dedicated furnace designed to exhibit high adhesion necessary for long lifespan. The film thickness has been successfully achieved from 1μm to 20μm. 【Features】 ■ High release properties and corrosion resistance due to ultra-dense surface condition ■ High adhesion (durability) achieved through dedicated furnace and know-how ■ A dedicated long furnace accommodating lengths up to 1980mm is also available ■ Low-temperature processing with no load on the base material, allowing film formation on copper and aluminum *For more details, please refer to the materials.
