The HSense mass spectrometer for hydrogen and helium has been developed to meet the need for highly dynamic hydrogen and helium analysis. It separates hydrogen and helium in less than one second and quantifies them over a wide concentration range from 1 ppm to 100%. It is equipped with a gas conditioning unit, which ensures that it is not affected by changes in moisture concentration in the sample gas.
