The Mechanical Emulsion Breaker MESB series is an oil-water separation device designed to remove oil mixed with factory wastewater, cleaning water, and water-soluble coolants generated in processing sites for mechanical parts. **Features** - **Residual oil content below 5 ppm** Thanks to the separation capability of the coalescer built into the pressure vessel and the shape of the container, only the oil is extracted, minimizing waste oil costs. Additionally, the water from which the oil has been removed can be reused, leading to reduced production costs. - **Compact design for small space installation** Despite minimizing the residual concentration to the extreme, it can be implemented with a small footprint. - **Low operational costs** The coalescer is made up of various microfibers that can separate even fine oil droplets. Since it operates without the use of filters or adsorbents, it minimizes consumables. - **Low maintenance frequency** The coalescer is hydrophobic and oleophobic, resulting in almost no degradation due to oil-water separation. - **Easy handling** Its simple structure allows for easy handling.
