The "SP-B" is a self-recording pressure gauge that is convenient to carry with its handle, lightweight, compact, and uses easily readable circular recording paper, making it ideal for use in fieldwork that requires portability. It amplifies the displacement of the free end of the Bourdon tube caused by pressure changes and automatically records the real-time pressure and vacuum changes on the rotating recording paper via a clock mechanism.
