What is beveling processing? Beveling processing is the machining of the edges of steel pipes, etc., to an appropriate shape in order to ensure the strength and quality of the welded parts during pipe welding operations (butt welding and penetration welding). The "groove" created between the two components to be joined is called a bevel, and the machining shapes include V-type, I-type, and U-type, which are determined based on the base material and conditions.
