Eliminate on-site troubles! A manual wrapping machine that allows you to safely wrap stretch film without bending your knees or waist.
The wrap rod is a "patented" product born from applying ergonomics based on feedback from the field, along with various innovations and experiments. By attaching stretch film to an aluminum alloy rod, it allows for the safe wrapping of various shapes and heights of packages. 【Benefits of Using the Wrap Rod】 1. It alleviates the strain of working in uncomfortable positions (reducing burden on knees and back). 2. It reduces the need for working at heights and mitigates dizziness or lightheadedness when standing up from a low position. 3. It can be lifted with a forklift, allowing for safe and speedy wrapping of pallets. 4. It contributes to increased productivity, improved employee health, and reduced working hours. 5. It can be safely used by those who lack physical strength (such as seniors and women). 6. It can adhere tightly to the surface of the packaged items, allowing for more economical use of the same amount of film. Additionally, improved adhesion can provide waterproof and water-resistant effects. ★ We offer rental of demonstration units.
