"EX-DRY" is a high-performance desiccant (moisture absorber) that serves as an alternative to inorganic adsorbent desiccants such as silica gel. Due to its high moisture absorption capacity, it solves humidity-related issues such as rust, mold, and condensation across various industries. ◆Examples of adoption in the automotive industry (parts manufacturers)◆ □Customer: Companies D and S… Used moisture absorbers during the transportation of automotive parts. □Concern: Although anti-rust oil was sprayed on metal parts, rust was still occurring on the products, so they wanted to consider using desiccants. Additionally, it would be better if they could cut costs related to anti-rust oil and the cleaning process for it. □Solution: Place the parts in a resin tray, install one EX-DRY on the top surface, and close the lid. The dehumidifying effect is activated in the airtight space, meeting the user's desired lead time. □Result: Achieved anti-rust measures and eliminated the process of spraying anti-rust oil. 【Points that led to the selection of this product】 □Moisture absorption capacity is 5 to 7 times greater than that of inorganic adsorbent desiccants like silica gel. □ISO 9001 certified. ★Free samples are also available! *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
