The "Magma Rock Method NGJ" maximizes the features of the Magma Rock Method and incorporates innovative technology to enhance the seismic resistance of the main pipe and manhole connection. Developed for the seismic reinforcement of pipe joints, the Magma Rock Method demonstrates waterproof performance that can withstand extraction due to Level 2 seismic motion. With the realization of this method, the connection between the main pipe and manhole can be improved to a seismic structure in a short time without excavation from the surface while maintaining water flow. 【Features】 - For medium and large diameter pipes, all materials can be brought in through a φ600 manhole opening, and all work can be performed inside the pipe. - The installation work for the guided joint involves cutting while leaving part of the pipe thickness, preventing the inflow of groundwater or soil during construction. - Even when the inside of the pipe is flowing, reliable construction can be completed in a short time. - The pipe diameter can be improved to a seismic structure that withstands Level 2 seismic motion, ranging from φ800 to φ3000. - The Level 2 seismic performance of Magma Rock has been verified through various waterproof tests. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
