Water Treatment Facility: Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility, Biofluidized Bed Wastewater Method
Adopting a carrier that fluidizes efficiently! Compacting facilities is possible with high load and high efficiency operation.
Our company handles industrial wastewater treatment facilities using the biofluidized bed method. This method involves attaching microorganisms to a special carrier (core pellets) in wastewater and removing organic matter and oil while keeping it fluidized. Our system employs carriers that allow for greater microorganism attachment with less stirring power, enabling efficient fluidization. 【Features】 ■ High-load, high-efficiency operation, with the capacity of the biological treatment tank being about 1/5 of conventional systems ■ Capable of treating inflow oil concentrations 2 to 5 times higher compared to traditional biological treatment ■ Generates less excess sludge, preventing clogging of filter media and making maintenance easier ■ Initial and running costs are approximately half that of conventional systems, making it cost-effective *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
