Introducing a system that utilizes features such as image analysis to reduce operational burden!
In office visitor management, there are various tasks such as reception and conference room operations, but isn't it very challenging to meet expectations with a limited number of staff? Our company proposes a system called the "Office Visitor Management Package," which utilizes features such as video analysis to reduce the workload of those involved in visitor management. 【Features】 ■ Detects and links door openings and closings - The camera detects which door has been opened and notifies the responsible person of the room number via audio. By viewing the video of the room number, one can quickly confirm entry and exit as well as the number of people present. ■ Detects and links vehicle arrivals - The camera detects when a vehicle arrives in front of the entrance and notifies the PC screen or iOS smartphone or tablet. The type of vehicle can be confirmed visually through the video. *For more details, please download the materials or feel free to contact us at the following: Konica Minolta Japan, Inc. For example, "Please check room 304." ■ There are often more customers than planned, so I frequently need to bring additional tea. It would be helpful to know the actual number of people. → By checking the monitor footage at the timing when the system informs about entries and exits, you can grasp the actual number of people. ■ When I arrange for a taxi, I often have to go outside multiple times to check the status of its arrival. It would be great to have a system that notifies me when the taxi has arrived. → The camera detects when the vehicle enters and notifies the smartphone app. *For more details, please download the materials or feel free to contact us below.
