Expansion and corrosion of rebar suppressed! Penetrating diffusion type lithium nitrite for concrete repair.
"Procon 40" has been improved to diffuse more effectively using an internal pressure injection method while maintaining the high concentration and performance of conventional lithium nitrite. By injecting this product into concrete that has deteriorated due to alkali-silica reaction (ASR), lithium ions can non-expand reactive aggregates, thereby suppressing further expansion of the concrete. Additionally, by injecting it into deteriorated concrete where corrosion of internal rebar has already begun due to salt damage or carbonation, nitrite ions can restore and generate a passive film on the rebar, thus suppressing further corrosion of the rebar. [Features] - Improved for better diffusion using internal pressure injection method - Suppresses concrete expansion - Nitrite ions restore and generate a passive film on rebar - Suppresses rebar corrosion *For more details, please refer to the external link or PDF materials, or feel free to contact us.

Sun Road is the Path to the Sun A road that shines brightly and warmly, always the most positive and cheerful path, started in 1978 with such a wish. From traffic safety facilities to slope protection work and building civil structure repair and reinforcement, people around the world are realizing the neglect of material civilization and are trying to return to spiritual civilization. In such times, we aspire to preserve our valuable construction structures without destruction, using environmentally friendly methods for repair and reinforcement, and we are continuously honing our skills and conducting research and development. Focusing on the Hozen method (bridge reinforcement method), we established the Japan Construction Preservation Association in 1999 and are expanding nationwide. Our management philosophy is to help create a better environment to protect the Earth, and we aim to contribute, even in a small way, to the progress and improvement of humanity by working well, thinking well, and studying well, while fostering people and building a company.
