Existing gates can also be electrified, significantly reducing costs! Whether it's a newly installed electric gate or a retrofitted electric gate, leave it to NBC's electric solutions!
This is a standard electric device developed in-house. Since it is an electric opening and closing device uniquely developed by NBC, it can be retrofitted to existing gates. By allowing retrofitting, it enables cost reduction and the electrification of gates. The operating speed is 24.9 meters per minute, and with the inverter parameter settings, it can be adjusted between 50% and 120%. Equipped with an encoder, it automatically remembers the opening and closing positions, eliminating the need for limit switches, and the stopping accuracy is within 1mm. Even when switched to manual mode, there is no need for teaching as long as the power is not turned off. The switch between manual and electric operation can be easily done with a lever. By using a stainless steel cover for the main body, it excels in design and weather resistance. Remote operation is possible with a wireless remote control, and it can be integrated with various safety devices such as photoelectric sensors, motion sensors, and touch sensors, depending on the situation. 【Features】 ■ Operating speed ■ Stopping accuracy ■ Operability ■ Safety *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
NBC Corporation is a manufacturer of exterior products such as gates, sliding doors, electric gates, and electric sliding doors made primarily of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Rather than solely aiming for "increased sales," we value the process leading up to it, including our employees and system development, and we are a company that continues to be committed to "monozukuri" (the art of making things). We handle gates and sliding doors for general residences as well as large facilities and factories, including large and electric gates and electric sliding doors. We can create custom-made products that are not available in our catalog or have never existed before. We have a proven track record of innovative gates and sliding doors, such as non-rail sliding doors that can be installed without laying tracks, electric large gates that accommodate wide openings, revolving gates, and brace-type gates. We will continue to make diligent efforts in product development that meets our customers' needs with the solid technology we have cultivated over the years.
