Long-standing achievements: Coverage of the 'Nishida Kitaro Memorial Museum' using our company gates. Video added.
This building is designed by architect Tadao Ando. It opened in June 2002, and 18 years have already passed. Our company's gate is also used at the front.
From the entrance to the interior of the museum, it feels like a maze (labyrinth). A museum that invites you to the path of philosophy. "It is necessary to wander and think, and to think for oneself." On September 12, 2019, the local newspaper "Hokkokushinbun" reported with photos on the nighttime illumination created by one of Japan's leading lighting designers, who also worked on the Tokyo Skytree. Attached is a poster for the illumination project. Why not enjoy the illuminated view after the sunset over the Japan Sea tonight while also indulging in some time for self-discovery? Thank you very much to everyone who cooperated with the interviews. We express our gratitude to the staff of the "Nishida Kitaro Memorial Museum."

basic information
Philosophy is the love of knowledge. It is not about increasing information. Philosophy is about wandering, thinking, and pursuing truth on your own. There is no need to understand it immediately. Philosophy cannot be expressed in a single word. Walk by yourself, stop, and return along the path you came. Do not seek answers right away; think slowly. *From the pamphlet of the Nishida Kitaro Memorial Philosophy Museum. *This building was designed by Tadao Ando. (From the website) Mr. Ando says that the theme of this building is "thinking." The most important thing for the discipline of philosophy is "thinking." The interior of the building is complex, intricately designed like a maze. As you walk through the building, you choose the path to move forward while wandering and "thinking." Additionally, there are various spaces within the museum that are suitable for contemplation. The photo on the right shows the meditation space "Foyer." An atrium spreads out in a bowl shape, and sunlight streams in through the skylight. You can immerse yourself in thought in this mystical space. "Viewing the building" is also one way to enjoy the philosophy museum.
