The 【VM6040】 Electromagnetic Pen Marking Device (Stamping Type Engraving Machine) adopts an electromagnetic pen that uses electromagnetic force as the vibration source for the stylus. It does not require piping like air pen devices and can be used simply by connecting to a power source. (* Pneumatic pressure is only used when cooling the pen.) The engraving force can be set in 14 stages for each job. Depending on the target workpiece, the depth of the dots can be adjusted, allowing for engraving of characters and two-dimensional codes within a range of 60×60mm. Additionally, it is equipped with parallel I/O, RS-232C, USB, and Ethernet ports. It can be used in automatic lines by connecting to a sequencer or for various applications such as backing up data to a USB memory. ■ Applications and Examples Engraving on iron, aluminum, copper, their alloys, stainless steel, hard plastics, etc., for purposes such as manufacturing dates, product management, quality control, compliance with PL law, ISO standards, and logistics management.
