Due to its fast curing properties, it is suitable for high-speed printing! A paint that is also adapted for one-stop printing processes.
We offer UV coatings that enable solvent-free processing and have rapid curing as a significant feature, achieved through ultraviolet irradiation. These coatings are suitable for surface processing in high-speed printing, enabling a one-stop process within inline printing facilities, achieving beautiful gloss, and allowing for environmentally friendly processing since they do not use films. The main UV coatings include "OP-5221," a varnish for pressure-sensitive postcards, and "OP-4026," a UV varnish that can express pseudo-embossing and high gloss simultaneously. 【Features】 ■ Rapid curing, suitable for short delivery times due to inline processing ■ Environmentally friendly as it does not use films ■ Capable of printing on various materials ■ No volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are generated ■ Recyclable from waste paper *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
