We would like to introduce a case study of the exterior wall painting renovation work for the headquarters of Sanko Kasei Co., Ltd. in Ichinoseki City. The issue was that there had been persistent rain leaks for a long time. Therefore, we painted with "Refine," which has ultra-low pollution properties, heat insulation, and high durability. Additionally, after investigating the cause of the rain leaks using a thermal imaging camera, we also carried out waterproofing work on the canopy.
