We would like to introduce a case study of the roof painting and exterior wall renovation work at the Iwate Factory of Company S in Oshu City. There were leaks from the roof, and after typhoons, puddles would form on the floor of the rooms. The roof was painted with a highly heat-insulating product called Shanetsu Top One, and by replacing the exterior walls, we prevented water from entering the interior. The surface temperature of the roof before and after painting was significantly different, and we received feedback saying, "The leaks have completely stopped, and we feel secure."
