We would like to introduce a case study of the exterior wall and roof renovation work at the Iwate Factory of Company S in Oshu City. We had requested repairs from other contractors, but we experienced leaks again within 1 to 3 years. Therefore, we conducted a thorough investigation and carried out work on the eastern side exterior wall and part of the roof on the second floor using a cover method. "We have had several rainfalls since the repairs, but there have been no leaks.
