Company information
Starlight Industries was established in 1936 as a venture company focused on the development of unique sliding materials using phenolic resin. Since then, we have been working on new materials, including high-performance engineering plastics and their composites, honing our expertise in a wide range of fields such as steel, paper, shipbuilding, industrial machinery, automotive, information and communication, and housing, with tribology (friction, wear, lubrication engineering) and cutting-edge molding technology as our key technologies. We believe it is our mission to bring inspiration and joy to people and society around the world through our unique technologies and functions. To fulfill this mission, we produce various products and services in niche areas as a "world-class technology development company that responds to trust." In addition to enhancing the "feasibility of our mission," improving "value exchange" with our customers, shareholders, business partners, employees, and local communities is our true growth. We recognize that "enhancing corporate culture" is essential as the foundation for achieving this, and we will continue to take on challenges at the forefront of the times.
