basic information
The "OK-style rail base" is a product that allows crane rails to be embedded in the pavement, enabling vehicles to cross from anywhere and maximizing the effective use of space. We have developed the foundation work for bridge cranes (gantry cranes) that has traditionally been cumbersome and labor-intensive into concrete precast blocks. Similar to gantry cranes, bridge cranes, and container cranes used in ports, this product allows crane rails to be embedded in the pavement, enabling vehicles to cross from anywhere and maximizing the effective use of space. Additionally, we aimed to develop a product that eliminates the need for precise positioning of insert screws for fixing crane rails, which can be labor-intensive and requires accuracy, thereby shortening the construction period.
