Using the liquid level sensor "CLA"! Here is a case study on detecting the remaining amount of epoxy resin. *Sample units are available for loan.
We would like to introduce a case study on detecting the remaining amount of epoxy resin using the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrode being made of PET film. A carbon fiber company faced challenges in managing the liquid volume in their epoxy resin tank. The current sensor (guide pulse method) could not detect when the liquid volume was low, and the accuracy of liquid level management was poor, with a precision of 3 to 5 mm against the desired liquid level of ±1 mm. Therefore, they adopted the liquid level sensor "CLA-D10P40." As a result, they were able to detect the liquid level with an accuracy of ±1 mm and manage the liquid level by installing the sensor at the desired position, even when the liquid volume was low. 【Current Challenges and Requests】 - Challenges arose in managing the liquid volume in the epoxy resin tank. - The current sensor (guide pulse method) cannot detect when the liquid volume is low. - The accuracy of liquid level management is poor, with a precision of 3 to 5 mm against the desired liquid level of ±1 mm. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
