This is a sensor that can detect the liquid level inside a non-metallic container with a resolution of millimeters simply by attaching a film-type sensor to the outside of the container. *Free demo units available for loan.
This document explains cases where capacitive liquid level sensors have been used to solve common problems encountered in the field. A capacitive liquid level sensor is a device that can linearly detect liquid levels in millimeter units without coming into contact with the liquid by simply attaching a film-type sensor to the outside of a non-metallic container. 【Product Features】 ■ Transparent Film Electrode The electrode is transparent, allowing visibility of the contents even when attached to a transparent tank. ■ Analog Output The liquid level inside the tank is output as an analog voltage of 1–5V or a current of 4–20mA. ■ Flexible Electrode The electrode is made of a flexible film, allowing it to be installed not only on flat surfaces but also wrapped around cylindrical containers and pipes. ■ Non-contact Detection of Liquids By simply attaching the electrode to the outside of a pipe or tank, it can detect the liquid without contact. ■ Capable of Detecting Low Dielectric Constant Oils It can detect oils and silicones that are difficult to detect with other capacitive sensors. *Currently offering a collection of case studies and a document detailing the differences between our products and existing technologies in water level measurement! You can view it immediately via PDF download.
