This is a device that generates functional water with sterilizing effects (mildly acidic hypochlorous acid water). It can disinfect while rinsing. Mildly acidic hypochlorous acid water has various applications, including HACCP, food hygiene management, sterilization, and disinfection. Features of Pure Star Water: 1. Gentle on ingredients Because it is used at a low concentration, it does not compromise flavor or texture, unlike treatment with sodium hypochlorite. 2. Gentle on people The low concentration results in less chlorine odor, making it user-friendly. Additionally, compared to sodium hypochlorite and strongly acidic water, it is gentler on hands, reducing skin irritation. 3. Gentle on equipment and devices Unlike sodium hypochlorite, strongly acidic water, or weakly alkaline electrolyzed water, it does not contain sodium in its raw materials, resulting in minimal salt precipitation and reduced corrosiveness. 4. Environmentally friendly Due to its high decomposition capability, it has little impact on wastewater systems. Furthermore, it does not produce byproducts such as trihalomethanes, making it environmentally friendly.

Weakly acidic electrolyzed water has properties similar to water, making it suitable for use as rinse water after cleaning, demonstrating high disinfection effectiveness. It reduces water usage and labor, and because it is used at a low chlorine concentration of 10 to 30 ppm, it has minimal impact on drainage systems, is less likely to produce trihalomethanes, and is highly safe, allowing for worry-free use by workers, equipment, and the environment involved in cleaning. Important The source water should be either tap water that complies with the "Water Quality Standards Ordinance" based on the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the Water Supply Act (Law No. 177 of 1957) or well water that meets drinking water standards. Depending on the pH and hardness of the source water, it may fall outside the specified quality of electrolyzed water.
