Since the material is resin, we strive to meet your surface roughness requirements as closely as possible. For scientific and analytical equipment, chemical resistance is often necessary, and since precision is not usually demanded to a high degree, we frequently use PTFE (Teflon). PTFE (Teflon, Naflon, Balfron) is an excellent material for chemical resistance, but it has a large variation in dimensional tolerances, and dimensions can change simply by measuring with bare hands during inspection. We use general lathe processing (Mori Seiki) for simple lathe-processed items, finishing processes, and chamfering of processed products, particularly for items that do not require programming. We flexibly accommodate payment terms for companies, direct shipping, and custom-made products based on actual items. The world of plastic resins differs from metals, primarily resulting in ambiguous dimensional tolerances in tolerance areas, leading to a temperature gap with manufacturers handling metal products.
