We process ID holders using plastic resin. Plate types are also available. Due to the characteristics of the material, we will strive to meet your requests regarding tolerances and distortions as closely as possible.
At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we process ID holders using plastic resin. We can also accommodate plate types. They are commonly used for magazines, stockers, and pallets. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, magazines, pallets, and stockers often consist of mass-produced parts, and we can adjust them as closely as possible to your requirements through machining. PTFE (Teflon, Naflon, Balfron) is a material with excellent chemical resistance; however, it has significant dimensional tolerance variations, and just measuring it by hand during inspection can cause dimensional changes. With machining (Mori Seiki), we push mass-produced items to the shortest processing conditions in the program, striving to meet your requests for unit price and delivery time as closely as possible. We also support "mass production," and we can accommodate items with a high production volume, shifting to a mass production system to respond. It is surprisingly common for items to be needed immediately after a holiday, and we utilize weekends and holidays to respond as much as possible with alternating shifts. In recent years, user interest in plastic resin has increased, but there seems to be a gap in knowledge, and we will strive to bridge that gap.

Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd. specializes in the processing of industrial plastic resins, primarily focusing on machining (industrial machine parts, jig parts, prototypes, etc.) from single units to mass production (with a track record of up to 18,000 units). In response to the high demand for short delivery times, we have made efforts to maintain a large inventory of materials, enabling us to respond quickly even when material manufacturers are closed, thus getting closer to meeting our customers' needs. Additionally, in response to the demand for "just the plastic resin material as soon as possible," we have started offering cut sales. We have also received requests for "could you also handle 6F (6-sided milling)?" and have made arrangements to accommodate that. We are committed to making efforts to meet our customers' requests, so if you have any concerns, please feel free to consult with us.
