We identify using enamel paint and clarify with color filling for engravings and scribed lines. We apply color filling to make visual gauges easier to understand. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, we clarify visual inspections by adding scribed lines and other markings. POM (Delrin/Polyacetal) is a well-balanced material among engineering plastics and is also cost-effective, often compared to MC nylon. We use CADCAM from Mori Seiki for machining, allowing for speedy program creation and processing conditions. (If 2D data is available, please provide it.) The "inspection method" involves checking the received drawings with a check mark, and for areas with tolerances, we will record the actual measurements. We can accept mass-produced items (high quantities) that have a high total amount, but we also respond to small lots (low quantities) that are often difficult to accept.
