The residential foundation diamond reinforcement is a perforated reinforcement bar designed to strengthen the area around the holes in the foundation beams with single reinforcement, used in strip foundations and slab foundations for wooden (traditional frame construction and panel wall construction) and steel (lightweight steel frame) houses up to three stories. No reinforcement calculations are necessary, and it can also be applied to foundations for stores and other structures. It adopts a slim processed welding method called "KS-F welding," which allows for safe construction and features a shape without overlaps, making it ideal for single reinforcement. It is the first prefabricated sleeve reinforcement bar for residential foundation single reinforcement to obtain BCJ certification (General Incorporated Foundation Japan Building Center BCJ Certification - LC0150-01).
